No agent, employee, or other representative of either party is empowered to alter any of the terms hereof, unless done in writing and signed by an executive officer of the respective parties.

4 The Local shall inspect and make reasonable efforts to maintain in good condition its property located on Location’s premises installed signage and fixtures shall remain the property and responsibility of 4 The Local.This agreement shall be automatically renewed for successive terms of one (1) year each unless at least forty-five (45) days prior to the expiration date, one of the parties hereto has notified the other party in writing that it does not wish to renew this agreement. 4 The Local the right to advertise, as set forth above shall run for a period of one (1) year, beginning on the date of this agreement.Upon the conditions and covenants following: Members will have to show that they are in good standing with their membership by showing a digital proof of identification to a representative from the location. The Location also must grant these discounts to 4 The Local Members that are in good standing with their memberships. The Location hereby grants to 4 The Local the right to advertise discounts and promotions for 4 The Local members on social media platforms.
